No One with Money is Safe

Here’s my Mom and I.
We have been victims of the guardianship and conservator business since 2004.
We have lost $400,000 of a 1.2 million dollar investment account. Our money is enriching two criminal guardianship businesses, their lawyers, our court appointed lawyer, a guardian ad litem and a trust company – all with the blessings of The Maricopa County Probate Court in AZ. Most of my own money was seized and put into the trust. My income was cut in half and I am subsisting on a $14,000 per year disability.

The litigation has ruined our health – all because a local guardianship business and their lawyer set out to steal our money. My Mother was placed into assisted living at exorbitant cost and the current guardian is billing the trust any amount of money she wants. All with the blessings of the probate court! This is by far the biggest criminal racket going on in AZ and probably the rest of America.

No one who has money of their own is safe.

I have written letters to dozens of agencies to no avail. My complaints to the courts and judges have been ignored. Hundreds of lawyers and racketeers are making millions in Phoenix. The attorney general turns a blind eye. Our government is corrupt beyond our imaginations and it is about time someone did something! Once our funds are exhausted, these criminals will move on to the next victim.

This case exemplifies why victims have come together as NASGA, vowing to stop the exploitation of the vulnerable via unlawful and abusive guardianships and why we must not waiver from our goal.

The dark cloud of guardianship/conservatorship abuse follows victims and their familes for the remainder of their lives. Victims and families never fully recover; the pain is too intense.

We must put an end to it -- for victims suffering now and those who would suffer in the future.

I am furious; I am so sorry to read what is happening to you and your mom through no fault of your own.

You are correct, you and your mother are not alonge; you are innocent victims of unethical (criminal) activities conducted nationwide with probate court approval, by design.

"Once our funds are exhausted, these criminals will move on to the next victim."

Forcing you to rely on charity and apply for MEDICAID, paid for by the taxpayers.

Questions to society:

How long will you allow this injustice to innocent victims to continue?

How many millions of honest, hardworking people will be robbed of their futures and their entire life savings due to the need for greed in the out of control probate racket?

How many millions of MEDICAID recipients can the taxpayers in the USA continue to support, while the CEO's of the probate racket stuff their pockets with your money?

How long will these abuses be accepted by society as business as usual, allowing this abuse of power to continue, while the growing loop of crooks in the guardianship racket profit from the assets of their wards?

The IRS must look into the nationwide guardianship racket for ureported income on tax returns.

Any guesses how much money owed to the IRS by the guardianship loop is hidden, not disclosed?

What will it take for society to notice what is waiting around the corner for them?

Guess i won't have to worry--i have no money left. seriously though, they even go after the vulnerable without funds, because they can say they are incompetent, appoint a guardian, throw them in a nursing home for medicaid $-when that runs out, their purpose has been served and they die.
I am truly sorry for what you are going through-get list of names of legislators in your state and post--we can all send the message, NOT
ANYMORE!!"

I am sorry for this family. Guardianship hurts everybody - not just the Ward.

It's a national disgrace.

This guardianship racket reminds me of the Wall Street bunch of crooks, who have their dirty grubby hands out looking for our money to bail them out of a disaster. No difference whatsoever and I hope probate comes crashing down on top of the Wall Street bunch of unethical, greedy crooks. As far as I'm concerned they can crash and bury themselves and rot in their own muck.

The "guardianship business" is an accurate description of the reality of guardianship.

It's awful to think that greed would have people stoop so low as to destroy innocent and helpless people and those who love them.

Guardianship profits are in every way, blood money.
