This is a beautiful tribute to Clara Marsh. And a lesson.
Clara's life appears to be full of love and caring for her family. Clara's wish was to remember he son
as heir to her estate for the love and care he gave her in her days of need. Sometimes it is one child that steps up to plate to give back to their parent giving up their own family and jobs temporarily to provide the long care their parent dedicated their lives for them. Unfortunately, not all children of their elderly parents do for many reasons; and yes, some for selfish reasons. When these children step in to 'help themselves' to their parent's estate without consideration of the parent's well being and stick them in a facility, removing the loving, caring sibling is a disgrace. These selfish siblings have the resources to hire the high priced lawyers because they made no sacrifice in their own lives for their parent's care at home. These actions can be for pure monetary gain.
Very sad. This appears to be what happened to Clara and she tried with all her will to rectify this injustice; something she shouldn't have had to concern herself with.
Clara's will won!
Knowledge is power. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
I enjoyed the pictures of Clara - a lovely lady.
I wonder if Clara had any indication that her daughter was after her inheritance -- before she actually went for it.
I think most of the time, the greed comes out suddenly with no prior indication that it will happen, so I'm always interested to see if the perp was always a bad seed, or if the greed was suddenly discovered.
There are other videos of Clara Marsh and you can hear her plead for her son to save her. And, of course, he is helpless and you can feel him crying inside.
