Congratulations Niki Hanselman!

I wonder how many lawyers and guardians / concervators will be spitting mad to see people take actions to avoid ending up in their probate trap.

I hope this continues to get attention and to all those in the probate loop of crooks looking for easy marks and money - I say BOO HOO, go get a real job and do some real work!

Psychiatric advanced directives?

That's one I've never heard of. But, if it avoids guardianship, I bet I'll like it!

Great News! NAMI in the USA
should take a few lessons
from Canada. This guardianship racket is a scam on American Families
stealing our vulnerable family members: elders, disabled, and children
for MONEY and decimating families is part of scheme.
When we're out of the picture, these crooks can
exploit under the covers of their 'secret' court proceedings. These unscrupulous 'professionalsuse the secrecy of these courtsSecret to protect the rights of these vlnernable citizens
