If Attorney Maggs is so concerned for Gary Harvey (as he claims to be), then why doesn't he donate his time to "supervise" Sara?
It sounds like the county attorney is attempting to blackmail Mrs. Harvey.
She can see her husband if she pays for it or if she puts him on her insurance?? Sounds like unadulterated blackmail.

What we have here is abuse of a vulnerable person by his court-appointed "protector".

It's not just that the county won't allow Sara Harvey to see her husband. It's that they won't allow Gary Harvey to see his wife.
This action proves they don't care about Gary Harvey's best interest.
But we knew that when they attempted to kill him.
They should be removed.
