From a guardianship abuse victim:
The daily blog is an incredible accumulation of horror stories regarding guardianship. I don't know how much time is put into the blog effort daily, it has to be considerable. Thank you.
From an NASGA member:
I take the blog daily with my morning coffee.
From an author:
I just wanted to send a quick "thank you" for posting my book.
From a reader:
You are truly professional and have accomplished the monumental task of producing a web site and blog which rivals other big civil rights and whistleblowing groups that are staffed with experts and far more funding. I am well aware of the full devotion it took from all of you. CELEBRATE!
From a guardianship abuse victim:
Other groups have become part of the problem. NASGA goals are part of the solution. Thanks!
From a retired detective:
If there's ever any questions on the criminal end of things or anything that I can do for you, just shout. :) Hope you're having a good weekend.
From an author:
We have added your link to our site. Thank you.
From a NASGA member:
Good News! Based on last weekend's story about an attorney general arrest of a probate judge for theft of assets from an elderly person, I wrote him about our case. I've just received a very nice letter from him assuring me of his concern for the elderly.
From a NASGA member:
The blog is great, and the cataloging under "Labels" is very helpful for those with special interests.
From a reader:

From a reader:
Your blog is truly a masterpiece in progress; a unique and extraordinary compilation of daily news articles nationwide of the many forms of abuses and the abusers of the elderly and the vulnerable, particularly in the guardianship system. Thank you for your hard work, your sacrifices and dedication and your ongoing efforts to expose the truth about guardianships.
From a reader:

From a NASGA member:
Our blog is an asset to use. A visit to our blog is a wake up call to get more involved with the org. It is an incredible work of good documentation and has been categorized by subject and state. This makes it easily available to use in research for our own cases. You are not alone!
From a reader:
NASGA is number one in guardianship abuse advocacy. Other group just copies from this organization. I am glad I found NASGA!

From a Louisiana Victim
My heart cries for you and me and all of America. My lifetime of savings was stolen in less than 6 months. A judge and two attorneys made this happen. Although I have filed complaints with documented evidence of moral, ethical, and legal violations, the authorities will not acknowledge or hold these criminals accountable.
There is no one in this country who has authority over the local judicuary, and the federal courts do not want to be bothered; while the US Supreme Court veils itself into inaccessability to the average citizen (especially without funds). From Abuse to Fraud, to plundering estates by attorneys and Guardians - its all in the game.
That was a great video, and you told us exactly what is going on. I have suffered through this also, but my husband died quickly and did not suffer as much.
NASGA is working to end this abuse nationwide and we need people like you to let us know that this kind of evil is for real.
Good will triumph over evil in the long run, but we need people like you to fight for the right.
God bless you, Mary Waddell
I will pray for you and your family to have enough strength to get through this horrible nighmare.
Bless you and yours.
What they have done here is criminal.
The only way to end this court approved mugging of innocent persons is to unite and fight for what is right.
What was done to your beloved family member is criminal and it goes against the US Constitution so what good is that piece of paper?
Case after case after case of wrongdoing yet those in Washington DC do nothing.
Wisconsin Senator Herb Kohl current Chairperson of the Special Committee on Aging knows about this and do you know what Senator Kohl's response to the horrific wrongdoing? TRAINING!!!
The abusers are trained for sure how to manipulate the system, the racket to their own advantage and for personal PROFIT!!!
Senator Kohl where are you? I know you are in your last term of office set to retire to the good life isn't it about time you step up and do the right thing?
I am so sorry.
This is happening to my mother as we speak! It has got to stop!
My heart aches for what you've been through. Try to stay strong.
These guardianship proceedings are a travesty of justice - as the man on the video said - "Just Us!"
Doesn't even sound like America, does it?
I wholeheartedly agree this is an evil perpetrated by those that esteem themselves of superior intelligence but actually vile predators preying on the vulnerable. I, too, am fighting for a loved one who was illegally taken 8/10 w/o notification; stripped of his Power of Attorney civil, constitutional and religious rights.Physically fit,walking/running 1-2miles @ day; lifting weights, very active, fully functional; by 10/10 difficult for him to move around using a wheel chair; 12/10 bed-riddened/wheel chair bound; 2/11-wrists made to collapse/hands deformed;experiencing uncontrollable shaking, profuse sweating, difficulty in swallowing; difficulty in talking, etc.. We are talking about some very hellish, criminal, evil people. Familiar w/what others have gone through in contacting others who have oversight-have been notified. They are complacent; don't care and are probably part of the consortium that has sired this violation of American citizens' human rights. are complacent and don't care
The Courts and State Judiciaries across the Country learned to do this to people by taking our children and grandchildren away through CPS (Child Protective Services) Now they are doing it to our Mothers, Fathers and Grandparents by taking them away with illegal and intrusive Guardianships frequently started by APS (Adult Protective Services). I think the only way to get the word out and to end this criminal abuse of law abiding US Citizens by our own so called "Justice System" is for victims of CPS and APS to band together share information and get out there and spread the word about this travesty of our "Justice System" through social media, TWITTER, FACEBOOK and YOUTUBE among others. If you dont have a TWITTER or FACEBOOK account get one, find other victims and victims groups especially of CPS as they are very vocal due to having a child ripped away from them (compared to most victims of APS who are older and dont have a VOICE or social media outlet) dont be afraid to spread the word. "They" want to keep us afraid and silent.
I'm sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, my family is on the other side of the situation. My fiances estate has been wiped out by his mother, who has power of attorney and conservatorship over him due to a brain injury several years ago, which he has greatly recovered from. The financial abuse continues, with the assistance of one of the most feared and respected attorneys in the state. No one will go near it. In addition, she is financially abusing, and possibly poisoning her elderly husband (who is over 30 years older than her). He was wealthy when they met, but her shopping addiction wiped him clean over the last 9 years. Now, with all the fraudulent merchandise she conned him into buying, she is liquidating it all very quickly. This criminal is obviously in no way capable of managing anyone's money or welfare, but despite the obvious facts buried in court records, Adult Protective Services refuses to acknowledge the abuse. Meanwhile, someones heirlooms are being sold on ebay and whats left of my fiances trust is shrinking by the tens of thousands. No one cares. Agencies and policies are supposedly put in place to prevent this from happening but they simply don't care. Guardianships, trusts, conservatorships, and power of attorney are very dangerous in the hands of a criminal. Just because a gold digger is a mother and wife, doesn't mean she isn't a criminal. Something has to be done. The abuse has to stop!
