One of the many problems of probate court is the delay and delay --- many people don't live long enough for justice.

Delay is the name of the game. Delay, delay, delay -- until they go away.

It took just a short notice to Appoint a Trustee to my inheritance, of which I was not aware of. By the time I was informed, it was too late = I, now 85 years old and recovering frim a "stroke",lost my inheritance to a greedy son who wanted to secure his inheritance during my lifetime and got away with it. His sleezeball attorney and a not-so-legal
probate procedure, had a blank form of a trust approved in no time. There is not even a copy of this illegal trust in the probate files. When I went public, I was accused of Defamation for the sum of $55,000.00 which caused most people or media, fear to speak out.
