A 73-year-old Phoenix man has been accusing of sexually abusing a woman at the Paradise Valley Senior Center.Eduardo Ravasco is facing two counts of sexual abuse. According to court documents, he touched a woman underneath her clothes without her consent while she was seated inside the library at the Paradise Valley Senior Center on Monday.
