I hope they listen!

I wonder how the courts will enforce fee restrictions that aren't written into California's probate code - but who wouldn't applaud such sensible, public reform efforts?

Good point, Michigan Advocacy Project. Hopefully, they'll agree on the specifics and then get busy and get legislation moving fast.

I am hoping the hearing will be so crowded, there will be standing room only.

I hope someone brings up the Santa Clara Public Guardian in this hearing.

Conservatorship abuse isn't ALL about money. It's about elderly Mothers and Fathers isolated from their children-- forced into facilities and neglected.

And so much more.
