Anonymous said...: Good amount of information. The bottom line is POA's guardianship, executor of estate positions can be an opportunity for dipping into funds. All of us if we live long enough will be facing these decisions because we aren't taking our stuff or money with us leaving others with our estates to manage. Enjoy the fruits of your labor NOW and whatever is left over, oh well, that's life come in with nothing, we leave with nothing but we do have to plan out our golden years the best we can and hope for the best and it's better to have someone who truly cares about you with a loving relationship to have the power to make decisions on your behalf. Leaving these tasks to strangers is risky business and that's what will happen for those who are in denial about aging - so my advice is get with it and get your papers in order asap.; Monday, December 03, 2012 1:34:00 PM

We carry out our mission through research, outreach, education and advocacy; and going forward, by alliance with community interest, law reform, civil rights and other advocacy organizations.
