The dirty tricks in the rush to establish a case need to be exposed. Ditkowsky sacrificed his personal and professional life to stand by his convictions.

Probate court: business deals conducted in a courtroom. The protection industry is big business it's all about profits and/or job security. The ward is a name on paper while the court gives the G Team ultimate power over their property. People churned into products to feed the machine. It's imperative to educate the public who are in the dark exactly where those who benefit want them. Prevention is #1 survival plan Durable Power of Attorney for Health care and Property must hold up before a temporary guardian/conservator is appointed many times based on 'allegations' that the court for some strange reason - YOU be the judge - almost always goes along with the lawyers plans.

Why is the search for the truth not part of the process?

I respect Mr. Ditkowsky and I hope and pray the ARDC is held accountable for what they did to him too.

Thank you, Ken Ditkowski and Bev Cooper for all you are doing to expose the corruption in the Cook County Probate Court. My mother was a victim of Judge Kawamoto's... her entire estate was depleted by the guardian; she is now living in a Medicaid facility.

Something must be done, and Ken and Bev are SO brave in their work to expose this.

Thank you. Also, a big thank you to NASGA!
