The Baby Boomers

We are facing a growing epidemic of unlawful and abusive guardianships. If we don't stop the predatory practice, then the same fate awaits each and every one of us.

Guardians and their attorneys are getting rich off the backs of the vulnerable and helpless -- and they're doing it "legally."

Wards are forced into nursing homes against their will --- property sold, personal possessions sold or destroyed, investments seized and all rights stripped from them, including the all important right to complain about being exploited by their court-appointed "protectors."

Families are threatened with bankruptcy from the constant litigation efforts to free their loved one, sadly in vain.

The guardians and attorneys just get richer by giving their Wards the shaft.

When there's no money left, the guardians move on to their next victim, leaving Mr. and Mrs. Taxpayer with the Medicaid tab. No one's keeping track of how much each state loses in needless Medicaid dollars spent because of the intentional pauperizing of the Wards in this "legalized" lawyer welfare program.

Their biggest windfall is yet to come: the Baby Boomers.
Unless, we stop them.

  1. Yes, we are planning for our retirement but the future may include imprisonment in long term care and plunder of our carefully saved assets.

    NO PROTECTIONS EXIST!

  3. The Probate court system is "rigged". The truth is, Judges are not acting on good faith. They are not acting in the best interest of the wards of the state.

Judges are condoning case after case of abuse of power by the Guardians and this is only a sample of what is waiting for us.

Most folks are under the false assumption that they will be protected from abuse and harm through the court system. Most folks are dead wrong.

I am thinking that the only way to have 100% control of my assets is to give it all away or dispose of it in some manner, today.

I would rather dispose of or give away everything that I own rather than having a greedy guardian, a vulture, seize and take control of me and my estate.

No estate for the probate racket to profit? Then you and I at least have a good chance to avoid the guardianship racket.

  4. Guardianship can happen to anyone! Brittany Spears and Brooke Astor are just 2 recent examples of people who probably thought it could never happen to them! In spite of all your carefull planning, all it takes is someone who thinks you need a guardian and a judge who ignores your wishes.
