  1. Sheila Gast, guardian, is the nefarious subject of an investigative report by Fox 9 - The Power of One.

According to that report, there are many victims crying out for justice.

  2. Thank you for the great news!

Time to go dancing in the streets and celebrate the criminal justice process and hope there are more criminal charges in the future.

    SWEET JUSTICE!

  3. This is a great beginning! Other states must criminalize wrongdoing by guardians/conservators and seriously enforce those laws!

  4. I hope Sheila Gast at least feels an ounce of the pain she has inflicted on the innocent vulnerable people who have been imprisoned under her control.

  5. How is it that the probate courts have so much power when in fact they rarely answer to anyone who dares to question their operation?

Through the probate court process, routinely innocent people are stripped of their dignity, stripped of all of their rights, all of their assets and silenced while their guardian / conservator speaks and acts for them.

There is no doubt that the system is like a conveyer belt, turning people into products nationwide to feed the probate club members while the taxpayer is left with the bills.

We need an army of investigators to storm the courthouses, seize the case files and begin to review what I believe is a national scandal hidden in filing cabinets, just waiting for an honest audit and review.

I guarantee there are problems in the majority if not all case files, nationwide going back many years.

Over billing is one of the excuses used when a guardian is playing stupid; when they are discovered to be intentionally fraudulently billing.

QUESTION: How is it that these crooks get away with these crimes for years?

ANSWER: the only place to complain is with those who are in on "it" doing the dirty deeds; those who were present at the scene of the crime at the courthouse with the judge at the bench that approved the fraudulent billing in the first place.

  7. There are too many fraud cases in Hennepin County Probate Court. Please read people’s comments in the following link.

The court still wouldn’t investigate Sheila Gast and her lawyers’ criminal activities. We believe that referee Richard Wolfson and Bruce Kruger are supporting Sheila Gast and her lawyers’ fraud cases.

  8. Sociopaths like Sheila Gast do not feel any sorrow or remorse for their dirty deeds, oh, no, they are only sorry they got caught - it's all about ME, ME, ME.
