  1. Great news!

Now, this is news worth watching. I hope the judges are feeling fear, some of what their victims felt when their future was in their untrustworthy hands.

No amount of money could ever begin to ease the pain and suffering but I wish the plaintiffs the very best at just conclusion.

  4. This pay to play kickback scheme goes on every day under color of law which we know extends beyond juvenile court not only in CT but in all 50 states; it is a national disgrace, well oiled organized crime racket.

The elderly, disabled adults are targets, they find themselves victims, wards, of court approved kickback schemes as well.

How many judges have are related to and/or have financial interest in nursing home facilities?

How many judges have personal, financial relationships with guardians and conservators and the inside loop of lawfirms, the inner circle?

With legs into the nursing facilities who all profit from the ward turned into a product?

This goes deep, real deep and I suggest the investigators start tracking who is profitting from whom with court approval and who is appointing probate judges or bankrolling the judges campaign war chests.

  6. My husband does not miss a day of Amy Goodman and 'Democracy Now'. If anyone will spread the word throughout the country about an injustice, it is Amy.

There is voice in numbers. Unity is key.

  7. I'm glad to see these judges getting what's coming to them.

But I imagine they just got caught. There are more just like these three who haven't gotten caught.

  8. This is only the top of the snake pit.

These crooks wearing their costumes, collecting their salaries from the taxpayer, wearing their robes as a disguise have been perceived as:
    1) honest,
    2)hardworking,
    3)trustworthy,
    4)ethical
5)educated members of the court - the truth is finally coming out.

Please keep digging, connecting the dots, there is more, much more dirty secrets and dirt to discover.

  9. Democracy Now did a great job with this report.

They did say that every case these 2 judges had will be reviewed, but it wasn't said in a way that ensures they're looking at ALL their cases, including elderly.

We have to keep the spotlight on these judges!
