Got Money?

Here’s my Mom and I. We have been victims of the guardianship and conservator business since 2004.
We have lost $400,000 of a 1.2 million dollar investment account. Our money is enriching two criminal guardianship businesses, their lawyers, our court appointed lawyer, a guardian ad litem and a trust company – all with the blessings of The Maricopa County Probate Court in AZ. Most of my own money was seized and put into the trust. My income was cut in half and I am subsisting on a $14,000 per year disability.

The litigation has ruined our health – all because a local guardianship business and their lawyer set out to steal our money. My Mother was placed into assisted living at exorbitant cost and the current guardian is billing the trust any amount of money she wants. All with the blessings of the probate court! This is by far the biggest criminal racket going on in AZ and probably the rest of America.

No one who has money of their own is safe.

I have written letters to dozens of agencies to no avail. My complaints to the courts and judges have been ignored. Hundreds of lawyers and racketeers are making millions in Phoenix. The attorney general turns a blind eye. Our government is corrupt beyond our imaginations and it is about time someone did something! Once our funds are exhausted, these criminals will move on to the next victim.

  2. We've heard that Arizona is bad, and we know that guardianship has become a racketeering operation all across the country, thanks to the organized Bar.

What to do? File discipline complaints against the attorney, even if they are dismissed, they will be in their records, to prevent them from becoming judges!

If the government agencies won't listen to you, start filing discipline complaints against the attorneys. Even if they are dismissed, they sit in their files so that they will never become judges.

  4. Up until now, I don't believe there was a meaningful way for those complainants, those who oppose how guardianship has been manipulated turned into a racket, to work in the best interest of the guardians and their probate pals under color of law.

The greedy mobsters that are ruining your lives, what you are experiencing in Maricopa County Probate Court in AZ is not unique to that area, it is another example of the cancer that has spread nationwide on a daily basis with court approval.

Now with an organized group within a national organization consisting of wards, former wards, families of wards, advocates etc uniting to fight and expose the corrupt probate racket to the rest of society.

Document, document, document and follow procedures of writing to appropriate persons and agencies, submitting complaints.

Please do not give up, keep fighting these crooks and unite!

  5. THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS.WE PLAN ON FILING A PETITION TO CHANGE THE CONSERVATOR TO THE FAMILY.OUR UNCLE LIVES WITH US ANYWAY.WE DON'T SEE WHY THEY WOULD NEED TO KEEP ON PAYING A CONSERVATOR.IT SEEMS THAT THE FAMILY NEEDS TO BE PUT BACK INTO THE PICTURE,UNLESS THERE IS SOME WRONG DOING.

  7. Another thing you might consider, Jewellher, is publicity. You can do a YouTube - you can join NASGA and have your family's story posted on the Victims' page, you can write letters to the editor...

Unfortunately, it's a rarity that a guardian is removed in favor of family - unless outright theft is proven.

  8. This case is a cry out for help from state AG's.

Criminal activities against the vulnerable occur and yet are ignored. Why?

  9. You've made a good point - litigation ruins guardianship victims' health, some physically, some mentally, and some both.

It's something we never really fully recover from.

  10. Same scenario, Nevada is no better. You should see what they did to my mother & father here in Washoe county.
I accuse WFbank of criminal offenses, including theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, theft by failure to make required disposition of assets received, misapplication of entrusted property and securing execution of documents by deception.
Anyone cheated WFbank should contact me.
