Thank you NASGA and to the members who shared their accounts about the guardianships that went bad.Thank you for allowing us in, into your inner most thoughts. My prayers are with you, with all of the victims published during the month of May. I take this very seriously, I pray for myself and for my loved ones, that our profiles won't be added here to your victims page by a member of NASGA. I have learned a lot so I will not only be relying on prayers to keep myself out of the grips of the guardianship system.
These member accounts taught me so much. So many people have gone through or are going through the same nightmare as my family.Thank you for sharing - your stories made me feel less alone.
It is fitting that NASGA posted these profiles during Elder Abuse Prevention Month.Thank you to all those who shared their pain with us - God bless you and your loved ones.
The suffering these innocent people have endured is overwhelming.We have to stop this madness.Thank goodness for NASGA and for this blog!
It amazes me that this corruption and abuse against the weak exists in our country. What's the world come to?The profiles are gripping. And so very heartbreaking.
This is elder abuse at its worst.
So many victims from all over the country. The sum total of them paints a bad picture for society - what do we have to look forward to?Is this going to happen to each of us when we get old?Maybe. But at least we are pre-informed and might be able to protect ourselves and our loved ones better than most.
Elder abuse with court approval thank you NASGA for your public service.
The irony is most of these abuses are done in the guise of protection!
