  1. Judge Don Windle is an embarrassment to the bench and the judicial committee which allows him to continue as probate judge.

  5. The judicial discipline committee should have sent Windle packing long ago.

How many lives has he destroyed in his "career"?

    Far too many.

  8. Remember the elderly sisters who Windle placed into guardianship? And when the second one died and her will was opened, the shocker was Windle was a beneficiary?

And he's still on the bench???

    Sad.

Be afraid residents of Denton County.

  9. No his mother has passed, but his dad is still around, and although I do not know all the details about what he and his dad and pals did to his mother, I heard RUMOR that it wasn't nice.

    I love all the comments.

As for the Judicial Misconduct Commission, I think they would close their eyes, even they saw him with the smoking gun and they helped him to pull the trigger.

I am sure that it is only a matter of time before his bench crumbles. Yes that was a crack at his size, but after what he did to my in-laws and the rest of my family, I think I deserve that right. He like to fly, so I might add that his plane is due to crash about the same time.

  10. How many lives did Judge Don Windle destroy and how many will he destroy if he's not removed? Probably a staggering amount.

I hope the victims come to NASGA and work to get him off the bench.
