ReplyDeleteNow we're talking - jail time AND resitution. The best recipe for justice!
ReplyDeleteOur justice system is so screwed up! Just where is this thief going to come up with 1/4 mil for restitution? What happens when he can't? Hope after his two yr. sentence he spends the rest of his life doing mandatory service work for nursing facilities such as laundry, bed pans, pulling weeds in flower beds with a tracking devise on his ankle so he can be located at all times. This crap goes on every day with no protection to the elderly. Guardians from our legal system do it too onlt they have court protection! "Vengence is mine says the Lord"
