  2. Through tears I say: Very well done to show there is a person who has been stripped of all of her rights for the crime of aging. The photos speak volumes, loving family members, yet the court is BLIND. It's not about the best interest of the person, now the ward of the state, it's about who controls their net worth.

Guardianship and conservatorship is the probate conveyer belt, churning INNOCENT people into products to generate cash for the probate mafia.

This is our future folks, this is how we allow those in power to treat those who came before us, those who sacrificed and struggled to build and contribute to the USA - disgraceful, shameful and criminal and it must STOP.

Think this can't happen to you? To someone you love? Yes, it can, be ready - next case.

  4. Anon,

Try that -- hope it works for you.

  6. This video is so very well done. All this woman wants is what we all want --- to be left alone and be able to enjoy her life, family, and things.

  10. The question is: How much do the judges get in kickbacks when they feed their fiduciary friends?
