Sun Valley Group to Cease Operations!

The ABC15 Investigators have spent the last year investigating complaints into Maricopa County Probate Court and a guardianship company called Sun Valley Group of Tempe.

Now, the company will ask the court to transfer all its clients to a new guardian, effectively ending its business as a court appointed guardian and/or conservator.

Sun Valley Group is a private company that is appointed by probate court to care for the health and financial well-being of incapacitated adults. Families accuse them of abuse and exploitation.

Sun Valley Group has filed an expedited petition in Maricopa County Probate Court to approve their resignation of conservator.

The Sun Valley Group states in its petition that it has decided to cease doing business as a fiduciary services company as of 5 p.m. on February 28, 2011.

According to Lisa Price of Entrust Fiduciary in Yuma, Sun Valley Group asked her and Dawn Walters of Entrust Guardian Services in Buckeye to take over the company's caseload.

According to records we reviewed, Heather Frenette just recently opened a private care management company called, Desert Care Management.

It has the same address as Sun Valley Group.

Peter Frenette has not returned our phone calls for comment.

  1. Since Sun Valley Group filed the petition with probate court to resign as conservator does that mean the famlies of incapacitated adults have evidence Sun Valley Group abused and exploited their love ones ?

It's suspicious Entrust Guardian Services is now taking over Sun Valley's caseload AT THE SAME ADDRESS. hmmm wonder if the same people that worked for Sun Valley Group will become employed with Entrust Guardian Services and pick up where they left off ?

Entrust Guardian Services better make sure the "Financial Accounts," of the incapacitated adult balance. And WARNING, it will be in Entrust Guardian Services best interest to make sure the incapacitated adults are not abused and exploited or Entrust Guardian Services WILL BE SHUT DOWN !

FAMILIES ARE NO LONGER GOING TO TOLERATE A SYSTEM WHOSE GOAL IS TO EXPLOIT AND ABUSE HELPLESS AND INNOCENT VICTIMS FOR PROFIT.

  4. and watch out for rehab facilities where scouts and headhunters for the probate machine are watching for their next marks their targets i know of one particular case where the target was actually followed home by an agent of rehab facility who went into the targets home 3 days later the victim was guardianized his assets all his real estate holdings including his nice house are in control of the probate machine he keeps saying 'the government took everything i own' and he is exactly 100% correct his children have no authority the guardian is running his life and converting everything to cash for their benefit if you want this to happen in your family sit back and keep reading these stories at nasga instead of taking action and joining the fight to stop this insanity

  5. Jane - Read the article again. It didn't say that Entrust Guardianship Services had the same address. It said that Heather Frenette's new company, Desert Care Management, had the same address.

  6. It really is good to see these people go out of business.

And they don't have to say it because we all know that the sunshine of the media embarrassed them out of business.
