Attorney Paul Housch and the Robert Thurman Conservatorship

According to sources, our investigation and posting of the Robert Thurman case has created some activity. Guardian ad Litem, David J. Callahan, III, has a motion before the court to examine the fees billed to Robert Thurman by Paul T. Housch and John Clemmons. Duh! Considering they have billed Thurman in excess of a $$$Million dollars in attorneys fees. The outrageous activity in this case BY THE LAWYERS and JUDGE KENNEDY is stupifying. Please refer to previous posts on the Robert Thurman case.

The unfortunate thing is, Callahan’s request will be heard in Kennedy’s court.

  1. Kennedy is the only probate judge in Nashville? How heavy is his caseload? Is he a lawyer?

What's the quid pro quo when he gives away megabucks?

    This guy should be debenched.

  3. This is the first time I've heard of John Clemmons, but he sure sounds like he's one of the club.

You're right, Thelma. Kennedy should be debenched and the bench then disinfected.

  4. Housh's arrogance in that picture shows loud and clear. I bet he thinks he's even more powerful than Judge Kennedy. And he might just be.

  6. Sounds like Kennedy's court is run like Judge John F. Malone's court in NJ Joe Tibono - a Union County Elder Attorney wrote WIN WIN( due to be released March 18th based on his journals he kept about the happening in Union County .........the depiction of the court is spot on...

Story line Giamatti plays Mike Flaherty, a small time New Jersey lawyer and part time wrestling coach....... he is struggling to make ends meet, he schemes to become the legal guardian of one of his clients - who has gone senile - and dump him into a retirement home, then collect on healthcare wages ........It's up to Mike to figure out how to keep collecting the old man's money

The FBI needs to get a court order for the journals ........ there are lots of victims

  7. I have seen attorney Paul T. Housch in action at the Danny Tate hearings. He's a pompous arse.

  8. I'd like to see Paul Housch and his buddy, Randy Kennedy disbarred.

Innocent people have had their very lives destroyed by this duo. It's long past time to stop them.
