Guardianship Fraud Awareness Month
Really? This is great!
ReplyDeleteI see this as a positive step for Florida.
ReplyDeleteWho are the guardianship fraudsters? Family?
ReplyDeleteOr are they looking at court-appointed and court-sanction fraud?
I hope they're doing both.
Let's hope and pray.
ReplyDeleteWe must keep our eyes on Palm Beach County and hope they are true to their word.
ReplyDeleteThis should be nation wide! Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness months also, and most Guardians are cancers to the elderly and disabled, the two important issues go hand in hand. We know we can prevent and cure most cancers, but Guardianship abuse is still a terminal disease and there is no awareness or watchdogs, or cure since the political elite refuse to look at it and stop it!
ReplyDeleteVery good news that the authorities are publicly acknowledging the fact criminal acttivities are related to guardianship case. I think that is a major hurdle.
