Today, we light a candle for those victims of guardianship and conservatorship abuse – the elderly, the young, and the disabled - who are cruelly isolated from their family by their court-appointed “protectors” on this holiday. We remember them, and their suffering families, in our hearts and our advocacy.

  3. How nice to post something like this. Those who are locked up and their family trapped in the system are always forgotten on this special day.

  4. This holiday is particularly hard to face when vulnerable elderly are incarcerated and treated like criminals, and our government does nothing to stop the misuse of "protective" statutes written for their benefit.

  5. NASGA is a bright light into the darkness. Thank you for being here for me and other victims who felt alone until finding NASGA.
