  3. I have tried to get my story posted on NASGA for some time.
Joe, we have had contact before especially about the bungled bumbled autopsy of my Mother and police investigation. There was a great story on 48 hours last night about that very subject but they had one hell of a prosecutors that forged through and won. Mom wasn't so lucky!!!
My poster drafted many years ago would be the perfect cover for your book but I dont' think it will attach but it is on NASGA blog.....

    Joe any insight on:
What to do about my Dad's suicide attempt in the nursing home this week? The fact that Dad is now lost and we don't know where he is!
Atty fansler provided a huge recycling dumpster outside my parents home that is being filled up with any evidence that would link james to Mom's death or evidence of money that paid off fansler by james that is being thrown away!!!!
I also just found out that the deposition fansler took with james on Oct 19, 2012 to inquire about the $100,000 CASH I found missing in the house on Sept 12, 2012, was interrupted by QUIET time just between fansler and james. Everybody was kicked out during this secret period of conversation. When everybody was called back in james exercised the 5th. Keep in mind fansler is the one who put the assets including the CASH in james hands December 2010. So where is the cash at?
    Thank you,
    Rosanna
I will have to listen to the show later. I have to work during that time frame can't get on unless by luck.

  4. Looking forward to it and hope to send this blog show to every Attorney General in each of the 50 states to review and learn how severe this problem is. After 2 years the Michigan Attorney General has prosecuted a case of elder and guardianship abuse and admits that this is the fastest growing financial crime out there and vows to investigate other cases like my mother's and prosecute those involved.
