ReplyDeleteWe have a National Summit on Guardianships that has convened for 3 yrs and the problem is getting WORSE?????? Now they are allocating tax dollars to states to do what??? The individual states have been meeting for years at tax payers expensive claiming they are working on guardianship abuse and they are not fixing ANYTHING when all laws are in place if only the JUDICIAL branch would honor their oath and uphold the laws of the states.
ReplyDeleteFrom personal experience APS picks and chooses who they want to help and it has NOTHING to do with following the laws. APS needs to dismembered.
This is such a joke and another way of ganging up to steal our loved ones and their estates.
KEEP GOVERNMENT OUT OF THIS. Just start filing criminal charges for those that STEAL from the people. Watch how fast the problem gets fixed.....
From a victim who has suffered 6 years of murder, abuse and exploitation of her loved ones.
The National Guardanship Summit is a joke. They're not interested in reform. All they want to do it get together and talk and talk and talk.
ReplyDeleteIt is not in the best of interests of guardianship practitioners to really work for reform.
i think what they're doing at these gatherings is sharing their secrets how to add to their bag of dirty tricks i know there are good lawyers out there who look down on those who enrich themselves by billing for easy money while battling loved ones of the wards all we can do is pray for the truth to come out boomers are next i'm still ok on that end but i'm in the following generation so my hope is the boomers fix the problem now
