Shafer doesn't even have enough respect to wear a suit to court.
ReplyDeleteI have read a lot about this man and he scares me.
Since when does a a Guardian have the audacity to speak to a Judge like that in his own court room and the Judge not rebuke him for speaking to him in that manner..!!
ReplyDeleteWho the hell is in control of the court room the Judge or Shafer..???
Right, so he's standing there in a short-sleeved casual shirt with no tie and orders the judge to close the courtroom. He doesn't even have enough respect to phrase it as a request or a motion.
ReplyDeleteThe judge does not ask any other party for their position on closing the hearing. The man in the casual shirt in charge of the missing $500,0000 has ordered the judge twice to close the courtroom, so the judge says "Okay."
Unbelievable!!!
What audacity! Who runs the courtroom, Shafer or the judge?
ReplyDeleteI'm going to be the third or fourth person asking the question of who is in control here?
ReplyDeleteIt appears to be Shafer and if that's the case, then what else does the judge do that all Shafer has to do is ask for?
I'm surprised the judge didn't throw Shafer out of the room for his tone of voice. It sure makes me wonder what their relationship is.
ReplyDeleteI think it's very clear who runs that courtroom and it's not the judge nor even the attorneys.
ReplyDeleteOur legal system at work. No wonder things are so out of hand.
ReplyDeleteShame on this judge.
I can't believe my eyes! This is disgusting.
ReplyDeleteThis is the same judge who oversaw Guadalupe Olivera's case. Shafer runs the show. And what a sham it is. It's a kangaroo court that takes us into the Twilight Zone.
ReplyDeleteThis is the proof of what advocates have been saying the G Team runs the courtroom. We know that now the question is how to give the judges the power the deny request?
ReplyDeleteJared Shafer belongs in a prison cage state or federal doesn't matter he is a danger to society and the court process.
The judge should be embarrassed to be ordered around by Shafer.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe my eyes. A judge allows a non-lawyer to tell him what to do?
