justice on Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court exchanged sexually explicit
emails with an employee in the state attorney general’s office — if
ultimately substantiated — could lead to disciplinary actions under the
state’s Code of Judicial Conduct, according to the state’s top jurist
and a leading state advocate of judicial reform.
