So sad. The county department of aging Seems to operate a harmful in many Ways Rather than real protective services unit. Many seem to allege the so called professional guardians and many judges And county appointed or affiliated attorneys seem be appear corrupt, Devious and incompetent.!’n However some Of the horrible inadequate-services May be based on many counties doing poor exceptionally “ investigations ! They may seem to not have a good grasp of facts, nor does department of aging seem to grasp what’s best for the elderly. They seem to often be accused of fabricating on issues!!!
It seems as if many may view the department of not really protective services in Montgomery County Pa as the worst in the state of Pa or possible the National. Some of the poor services to the elderly Could also stem from county judges, County affiliated lawyers and so called Professional guardians not necessarily really knowing what’s best for our seniors. Having dementia for example doesn’t mean one gets adequate care in a nursing home. Many are better off with family. It’s perhaps a certain niavity that our Precious seniors will be adequately cared for in often horrific understaffed Places.
Also nursing home neglect and abusive is overlooked and may even be denied by the department of aging and others Who may in fact fabricate allegations Against family!!
More assistance needs to be done in keeping families together rather than tearing them apart.
How do these judges and lawyers like Bob Slutsky Esq Who is alleged to get way with being part of perhaps being predators of the elderly Elderly. Court documents seem to often verify Enormous fees Needlessly charged to some of the elderly from dept of aging attorney Rob and his seemingly alleged co conspirator such as Kal doshi !! How do these people get away with it? Taken as a whole the families seem to save the elderly money and make the So called elderly incapacitated much happier and saver with appropriate family supportive members

For example even if bob really believes a guardianship and or Nursing home placement might be helpful this doesn’t mean bob Estimate is correct. Nor does it imply that if a specific Individual is placed in a facility and receives ongoing sub par and even fatally defective care that bob or Judge Murphy will in anyway look out For the abused And severelyneglected residents.!!
They may be quite niave and when individuals are severely neglected by nursing home staff Not necessarily intervene in anyway. Lois and bob might just sit back and perhaps basically ignore horrific nursing home treatment etc towards the elderly! At least that’s on view point of their allied lack of protection.!
