A Kansas City man faces charges in Caldwell County Court for allegedly attempting to scam the elderly.
Court documents say Tony Houston Sally faces charges of felony financial exploitation of an elderly or disabled person, misdemeanor stealing, and a misdemeanor for deceptive business practices.

The court set Sally’s bond at 10-thousand dollars cash only.
