A petition for guardianship over Peter Brumlik who has autism, filed by
his mother before he turned 18, alleged he was unable to care for
himself and lacked the capacity to make major life decisions. She
abandoned the claim but Disability Rights New Jersey is fighting
court-ordered conditions attached to the dismissal.
