Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna will outline new steps in his 2010 agenda to protect us against what he calls the "most dangerous of criminals.""The first group are serial domestic violence abusers. They end up spending a month or two in county jail on a misdemeanor or conviction and then they go right back to their old behavior. The second group are the pedophiles who are using the internet to spread child pornography. And the third group are individual who abuse the elderly, whether it's physical abuse or financial exploitation," McKenna told KIRO Radio.

ReplyDeleteya standup i hope the ag has an open mind to how the guardianship racket is a door wide open to tge players to rip off the old folks under color of law leaving the chump taxpayers the medicaid and medicare bills which is fraud

ReplyDeleteI sure would like to hear McKenna say he'd go after all types of financial exploitation of the elderly, includig guardianship. I bet the elderly in WA State would like to hear that too.
