Hey, David wake up -- you went to the court with the petition, you submitted the stipulations NOW you blame the court????? Do you get the hint? the idea? what worked in the past isn't flying with this crowd? I suggest you read the court documents, line by line and take what's coming like a man.
It is the $64K question -- why would someone think himself so superior to another as to take over his life and cause him financial ruin --- all in the name of love? I don't think David Tate even knows what the emotion is.
the truth will come out my gut feeling is the court was fooled into believing David Tate's fairy tale the court should have taken notice that stuff wasn't adding up and that's the courts job to have open eyes and wisdom but if their vision is poor and they ain't too smart i say bye bye judge too the fine folks of Davidson County deserve better than this
