Attorney Zondra Hutto was assigned to be a conservator to hundreds of cases in Tuscaloosa County since 2005. She retired from the practice of law last year when allegations arose that a staff member used more than $20,000 of an elderly woman's money to buy gas, clothing, a designer purse and a trip to Mexico for himself and Hutto. She is now serving a three-month federal prison term for knowing about but not reporting the felony.

Three months? Only three months?
I hope they are investigating each and every case Attorney Zondra Hutto or her staff was involved in.
Where does the responsibility lie with the court itself in this matter for failing to do their job?
Please keep the spotlight on this case!
Yes, it does, Izzy, and as you know, courts for the most part don't monitor.
And, when accountability is handed out, you can also bet the courts don't get any of that either.
You mean she's free again! The thief should have got life!
She rips off the elderly to the tune of a couple of hundred thousand, and gets 90 days! She got a good deal. This needs to be looked at. The thief should be locked up for life.
How much has she paid back? This needs more investigation. She will probably declare herself bankrupt having given everything to her family. This should NOT be allowed..!!! The woman is a criminal.
The staff member is now in jail, but Hutto is still free Three months inside and now she is living off all the hundreds of thousands that she stole from vulnerable people!
IS THIS JUSTICE..? She should be locked up for life.
Look on her Social Media sites and see pictures of her on holiday in Mexico and Japan.
Who paid for these trips..? The vulnerable.
