I just bet the Santa Clara County Public Guardian didn't think they'd ever be exposed.

It's time, Mr. Pullen, for you to get involved and hold the Public Guardian accountable.

The Public Guardian is doing a thorough job by checking out each visitor? Come on, Mr. Lee Pullen, did you really think intelligent people would fall for that?

Linda Kincaid is my hero!

Be glad the police were called?

I agree with Betty, that's just outrageous, Lee Pullen. I'm glad you said it, though, because it sure made you look bad and very transparent.

By the way, the police have real work to do, Mr. Pullen. I am sure they didn't appreciate your comments either.

Perhaps Lee Pullen is so out of touch that he needs to be removed, along with the Santa Clara County Public Guardian.........

The elderly want to go home, but they are being held captive by the guardian and the legal system.

Under fire is the right terminology these people need to swing in the wind or line up before the wall; they know what they are doing have your eyes wide open they are playing us for chumps and fools lying for the record hey it doesn't take a PHD to figure this out our problem is getting those in power over the officials who are abusing their powers.

ABC did a fantastic job. I am torn on my favorite part...was it Linda Kincaid saying locking an elderly person up and isolating that person is called conservatorship? Or was it the Santa Clara Public Guardian telling Villa Fontana to call the police on the reporter?

Priceless stuff!

Thank you, ABC, Linda Kincaid, and NASGA!

Make no mistake, when the man from Villa Fontana said the facility was following the orders of the Santa Clara County Public Guardian, that's a not very well crafted smoke screen.

Facilities are bound by the federal Nursing Home Bill of Rights which guarantees residents the right to socialize with persons of their own choosing.

The Santa Clara County Public Guardian, Villa Fontanta and Lee Pullen should all be charged with elder abuse.

Just who is the Santa Clara Public Guardian? No name was given. Who is he or she?

I hope Lee Pullen's Mother sees this report.

Connie, I believe the Santa Clara County Public Guardian on Gisela Riordan's case is Mr. Don Moody.

He answers to Lee Pullen who was interviewd for both ABC reports.

How blessed that an ounce of justice may prevail in the long and heafty line of charges against Public and Plenary Guardians and Guardian's Ad Litem in the isolation and financial exploitation of the elderly and disabled. Now to publiclly display the heads of the abusers and punish accordingly as to the laws that protect each one of us, and especially the elderly and disabled from such malicious and obvious abuses. Isolation is the number one form of elder abuse, and yet, the more we complain of our loved ones being isolated from family, friends and the community where they thrived, the more blantant and horrific the isolation becomes. Praise the police and law officials, as wella s the media for doing their jobs. I pray for all of our loved ones isolated and financially exploited, as I pray for my mother Mary G. Sykes. God bless us all.

Moody, Pullen et al need to be hauled into an arena forced to hear from wards, former wards (if they survived) and families of wards.

In TN, the Bar Association is holding hearings allowing testimony. Please don't jump on me I know these hearings are in response to the Tate, Franklin, Timmons case and others. Could be all theater do your performance go home take your costume off and it's business as usual.

Moody, Pullen et al and all the professional conservators need to be held accountable by: WE THE PEOPLE!!!

If the judges aren't doing their jobs, remember these people serve us, WE THE PEOPLE.

The power went to their heads and for some to their pockets, so we need to step up and voice our objections and disapproval and remind these people who pays their salaries, WE THE PEOPLE are their employers - don't forget that, without our tax dollars they're all out of a job.

Marcus, I am praying you get your dear Mother out of the clutches of the Santa Clara Public Guardian and safely back home.

These people should be locked up.

They wouldn't do it to their Mother. Or would they?

Isolation is the worst thing anyone can do to a person. It boils my blood to think that they are so arrogant and smug that they can push little old ladies around.

Shame on every **** one of them!
