Probate Sharks: Some Thoughts on Illinois Attorney Ken Ditkowsky
Ken Ditkowsky is a modern John Brown who placed his life on the block to fight a "peculiar" institution called slavery.
Ken Ditkowsky is fighting a "peculiar" institution within the probate court system called legalized theft.
The similarities between the two men and their struggles are haunting. Brown's plan was a statement rather than a plan. Brown fought the might of the United States and the slave state of Virginia with 18 men; Ken Ditkowsky fights the powerful probate court and ARDC with his wits, skill and knowledge.
Even die hard abolitionists felt that Brown rocked the boat...until his off the cuff, spontaneous and eloquent 600 word speech denouncing slavery in the Virginia courtroom after he was sentenced to death.
I have faith that Ken Ditkowsky's eloquence will be heard and his mission will succeed. *

Brave guy!
Well said, Sharks. Ken Ditkowsky is a lawyer of the old cloth, when lawyers had scruples and cared to do the right thing, follow the law, and use their profession toward good.
Ken Ditkowsky could have walked away from the Mary Sykes case but he couldn't because it was so wrong and because Mary Sykes was suffering.
I am thankful for attorneys like Ditkowsky, and organizations like NASGA and Probate Sharks.
I think Mr. Ditkowsky is a rare lawyer, too. I admire his determination and his strength.
There has been a tend in society to look at celebrities and sports superstars as our modern-day heros, casting aside those who really are making a difference and making the world a better place. Attorney Ditkowsky is such a person and I consider him a hero.
I also consider the advocates at NASGA as heros and admire their dedication.
If only there were Ditkowskys in every state!
How many lawyers would stick his/her neck out for one vulnerable old lady? Not many - maybe none but Ken Ditkowsky.
We appreciate you Ken.
When a lawyer discovers wrongdoing along with disregard for the rule of law what do the wrongdoers do? Get rid of the Discoverer!!
Asking for an investigation into missing significant assets is ethical although to the wrongdoers ethical character is unethical - make sense? Welcome to Crook County Illinois.
And, let's see if truth seeker Attorney Kenneth Ditkowsky is silenced. Any wagers?
While we're at it take a look at:

Transcript is a long download but worth the time and effort.
The ARDC should be spending its time investigating the thieving dishonest attorneys and leave Ditkowsky alone.
He's a good guy. He deserves better from the ARDC. Thank you for posting the hearing links. I will read them.
i agree with you josh the ardc is punishng the wrong party the wrong person whats up with that are they even remotely aware of wrongdoing yet they go after the messenger with a vengence and hey who funds the il ardc? anybody know? why am i feeling like its the chump taxpayers could we be the ones funding an agency that we especially are in opposition with and my last thoughts are that the folks on the il ardc who refuse to refer for investigation by appropriate authorities should be guardianzed because they are incompetent and incapacitated unable to perform their duties properly
Ken,
You have my support and thank you for being one of the GOOD GUYS.
Those evil criminals who think you are guilty of misconduct should have to be forced to live in the filth, hording and abhorrent fecal smell their peers made my Dad live in.
Someday they will......
