I was told the same thing. The guardian claims if family complains publically, that family is violating HIPAA. Not true. I am so glad to see this report set the record straight.
They do this because generally they know nothing will be done to stop them. The tide is turning, though. Their run of everything going their way is ending due to media reporting on this terrible stories.
