It ain't over till it's over; right?

Not with this judge. He ended the conservatorship and left the conservator with power to take more moneys instead of just accounting and returning balance of assets back to ward, as required by law.

A guardian/conservator is to act in the wards best interest. In this case (as many, if not most others where the victim has an estate) the conservator dragged this out causing unnecessary legal fees, in place of doing what was right and just ending the conservatorship!! Now Danny is to pay for that too. This disfunctional system allows & encourages the ward to be victimized twice!

I guess this is how the organized crime team with the mob boss at the bench all working in the best interest of the victim, the ward, leave the ward $00.00 gee now your a free man Danny Tate sorry we didn't leave you with $1.00 but hey we 'helped you' didn't we?

Ronald Reagan was dead on right run for the nearest exit door when you hear government is here to 'help you'.

Maybe you took a nap while Paul Housch raked up a huge bill trying to put Danny Tate under PERMANENT conservatorship. A failed effort, I might add.

Does Danny Tate have to pay for Housch's failed effort too???? Apparently so in your court.

You should be ashamed.

Hey what about the "plan" they had for Danny?

Did you know that David Tate wanted Danny shipped off to another state to be locked up 12-16months?

Did David and the child psyciatrist Kenner who did his back alley diagnosis do all they could to fool the court into believing Danny was a violent Howard Hughes?

Was Danny locked away? NO!

Did any of this BS hold up? NO!

Why is this court so easy to fool?

Is the court Blind?

Why is the court overlooking all the failures of team probate to make their case?

Why is the court forcing Danny to pay for their mistakes?

Is something wrong with this picture?
