Great program Marti with hope to hear from attorney Ditkowsky again. When family complains about a guardianship they are labeled as ‘ungrateful angry greedy heirs’. But when a lawyer says hey wait a minute let’s look at the facts, look at the timeline of events and the related court events and documents and the harm to the ward.
What happens? WWIII begins with the big walls of protection at the Illinois ARDC when they come down with the Illinois Supreme Court as their authority on the lawyer who is stating facts talking about what he knows is wrong and against state statutes.
Let this be a warning to all of society in all 50 states see the pattern of operation because the pro guardianship racket knows what works with little chance to no chance for the complaining party to prevail. And if they do stay the course in court process, the financial cost is ASTRONOMICAL that could lead to bankruptcy while many are left at square one.
Is all of this by design to drag out the billing with no intent to get a just conclusion? To feed the lawyers and the guardianship cartel who defend themselves using the wards assets?
