A guardian is appointed by the court to make decisions for a person, known as a ward, who has been declared unable to handle his or her own affairs because of age, mental illness or disability.
Guardians wield considerable power over the lives of their wards, including deciding where they live, the health care they receive and how they spend their money.
Montgomery said he has been working for more than two years to find a better way to provide guardianship services in Franklin County. That plan took a big step forward this month when he got legislative approval to create a first-of-its-kind Franklin County Guardianship Service Board, which he intends to be a collaborative effort between the court and local charities and social-services organizations.

Add Franklin County Probate Judge Robert G. Montgomery to my list of impressive people -- he saw the scheme who is running the courts who is profiting: a gang of lawyers oh what a surprise!!
Now I have to ask what was in it for the judges who go along with business as usual?
This is the missing link in why this is going on and follow the $ and the votes folks to the legislators who bend over to those in opposition to any change or reform or oversite or anything to mess with their big lotto: probate guardianship and estates.

Robert Montgomery is a corrupt judge and his court is full of evil and sick legalized criminals who practices INJUSTICE! This court and the unfit, lying, corrupt, sick "flaw"yer erin sanford has allow my son to be continually abused, neglected and exploited for federal funds! My son is suffering tremendously and i have 3 facebook pages of evidence to show im not full of hot air.
