Good question covering numerous topics with common sense basic information that the author Joy Loverde addresses in her valuable book 'Who Will Take Care of Me When I'm Old?'

Questions that need to be addressed and answered before the need arises for yourself and/or for your loved ones.

Best strategy is to get ourselves educated on legal issues, to be realistic about our present situations and future needs with facts that are needed to begin to make informed decisions while we're able or someone will be appointed by the court to make all decisions for you without your knowledge or consent.
