What gets me most of all is the judges act like they had no idea this was going on. Do they think we're that stupid?

I am in total shock that the judge would say he doesn't have the power to protect wards in his county.

If that's the case, there's an emergency situation in Clark County NV and the Governor should be called immediately.

This has been happening for years and the fact that it's not been cleaned up despite a long history of abuse speaks volumes about those who should have cleaned it up.

Sounds like Las Vegas needs judge David Hardy. He appears to be one of the good guys doing his best. Boy do we need more of those!

This is a really fantastic piece of investigative reporting -- meticulously researched, well reported. I hope we see more of it. Probate courts are corrupt self-supporting. Complaints don't work, but this kind of publicity might. Keep up the good work.
