David Tate, Attorney Paul Housch, Judge David Randy Kennedy, and others, have committed specific criminal acts when they seized control of Danny Tate’s life and financial estate. I know. I have been a police officer, private investigator, and investigative consultant for more than 48 years. By using multiple fraudulent Durable Powers of Attorney documents, a fraudulent petition for conservatorship, denying Danny his right to notice and any legal assistance, using fraudulent medical opinions, and appointing a guardian ad litem who went right along with the program, they formed an incestuous relationship and used the court system to line their own pockets with Danny’s money. Even worse, now that Danny is absolutely penniless they have ended the Conservatorship but they have not stopped, they also want his house. This entire charade was about money. Danny’s money.
In early 2010 Danny Tate retained my consulting services to assist him in making decisions about his case. I reviewed evidence, documents, court transcripts and records, and spoke with witnesses concerning his case. At the same time, I learned about other cases where various attorneys (including Attorney Housch) had committed similar criminal acts against other unsuspecting people. They have clearly established a continuing pattern of criminal conduct and again used the court system to steal everything from people made helpless by their criminal acts. Judge David Randy Kennedy is the judge on each and every one of those cases.
During my review, I became so offended by what I had learned and discovered, and realizing that I had a duty and obligation, I created a twenty page sworn affidavit and added over 200 pages of supporting documents. On April 2nd, 2010 I personally met with an FBI agent and hand delivered my affidavit to the Nashville office of the FBI along with my written request for a criminal investigation by the public integrity unit. I specifically named names including Judge David Randy Kennedy, the sitting judge of the Probate Division of Davidson County, Tennessee. NASGA, the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse, joined me and became co-petitioner in this action. I am now in the process of adding a supplemental affidavit with additional information and evidence. I will keep you posted.

Hooray hooray hooray. Team Probate needs to be put out of service. It's not only the right thing to do but in doing so, many innocent people will be saved from "court-ordered hell".

Every case Kennedy has had his hands on needs to be investigated. How many other Danny Tate's are there under his control? The FBI had better do something or the outrage will be deafening.

I email two gentlemen in NJ continually but the FBI does not think Color of Law violations or hate crimes are there unless the person has been physically beaten.

I have a tape where clearly attorneys are telling me unless I pay a court appointed attorney money and shut up the judge would take my husband away and the judge does not even have to be right.
They would of, but, they knew I had the tape and they knew my husband's doctor in Boston did not agree with Igor Gavrilovic at Sloan Kettering. That guy threatened me if I did not bring my husband back for an experimental and unproven treatment he would have me thrown in jail.
The FBI heard the tape and everyone up to the White House is aware of the case ...... the problem is like Bernie Madoff people complained for 11 years before law enforcement and the government went after the guy.
That creep Igor Gavrilovic put in court papers when I would not comply with his demands that I was medically harming my husband.
Ira is right false medical documents are considered fraudulent and criminal offenses.

We put in a suit for damages and now more judges are covering for the Judge John F. Malone and the Probate racketeers.
The other point people need to be aware of is they clean up files so it looks like they followed all the rules.
The judge in our case would refuse motions and return them and never put a copy in the files.
They are really slick in NJ. We did not start the case and were afraid to say we did not want the Guardianship for fear the judge would say the spouse has first rights but because you said he does not need it I will give it to a stranger.

The FBI in Erie, PA was contacted about 3 months ago with "specific criminal acts" committed across 3 states by a guardian... I have heard NOTHING!!

I think Judge Kennedy should be prosecuted and his benefits including pension be remanded back to the State Government. Let him utilize the Public Healthcare System where he can be a 'ward' of the state to be neglected, abused and sustain undocumented sentinel events.
