Roland Lacroix: "Those are not my checks."
This is 79-year-old Roland Lacroix just days before he died from cancer. A family friend took the video because he was concerned about Roland's health and his finances.
William Christensen: "Do you think she copied your signature?"
Roland Lacroix: "She forged my signature."
She is Joanne Perry. William Christensen says Perry had been hired as Roland's health aid.
William Christensen: "The aid as we found out later was preventing people from talking with Roland."
Worse yet, Christensen says he was contacted by Roland's doctor and told the aid was standing in the way of Roland getting proper medical care.
William Christensen: "She was preventing certain tests from being performed to make sure the pancreatic cancer was being treated correctly."

Another Florida case... if you read the full story you will see that this man's brother is now being cared for by the "state of Florida." Isn't he in just as much danger as his deceased brother??
A court appointed guardian is essentially being cared for by the state!!
The problem I see is that the state of Florida has little to no oversight which allows theft, abuse and neglect to run rampid in the vulnerable citizens of Florida under guardianship. Could it be viewed as a license to steal?
It was dangerous for my mother to even VISIT the state of Florida!! My mom, Rita Denmark was put under guardianship in Florida after being taken from her residence and domicile in PA, to avoid a scheduled guardianship hearing. We were told this guardianship was to get things sorted out giving the guardian 90 days to report to the court what happened.
We are now going on 3 yrs. the guardian, Jetta Getty of Port orange FL has put numerous false statements in the Volusia County Court record. She herself had mom put on anti psychotic drugs to silence moms pleas to go home & causing mental decline.
Note: The drug Zyprexa is NOT approved for the elderly with dementia or altzymers, in fact it's very dangerous causing numerous side effects even sudden death. Nothing in the medical records showed a need for this drugs and upon court deposition of the doctor, it was exposed that Getty has requested the medication.
Getty has violated FL statues and also unlawfully removed numerous valuables from PA where RCD ENTIRE estate was located.
Is it possible Getty wants my mom to "suddenly die" giving Getty the authority to administrate a death estate to hide these injustices forever and to protect Getty from prosecution on this case?
The good news is, "Carmel IS ON the case!!
Forgery is a felony, isn't it?
