Danny's Diary

History will judge my case as barbaric and antiquated, even for its time.

I write this knowing that my former fiduciary has nothing better to do than read this site, so I use this forum to call him, and his partners in crime, out and educate them to certain Constitutional safeguards and rights such as Freedom of Speech. This court loathes our Constitution. It stands squarely in the way of its wayward purpose. Our Constitution trumps any law, be it written by legislators or made up “willy-nilly” in this court, which happens more often than not. And, by the way, I’ve just paraphrased the Judicial Code. Another little document that seems to be easily ignored in this court.

Yes, history will not judge this court kindly. It will judge it with the same measure of unmeasured mercilessness that it judges. And I hope the citizens of Nashville will wake up and give history a helping hand.

Well said, Danny.

And I agree that history will not judge David Tate, Paul Housch and Randy Kennedy kindly.

I sometimes wonder what their immediate family thinks of them too....do they know?

Thank you for the reminder, Danny, that the courts aren't doing the intent of the constitution.

Partners in crime pretty much sums up your adversaries.

What corrupt or incompetent courts are doing to the elderly or vulnerable is a crime and should be classified as such.

Thank you for continuing to speak up, Danny. We stand with you.

And history will also record the perps being charged with criminal activities. I'm sure of it!

Probate court does not welcome scrutiny.

Exposing details of a conservatorship or guardianshp case is courageous.

The 'partners in crime' in Davidson County probate money club are especially irritated that the light is shining through all that muck.

Danny Tate is a person of character, who is naturally gifted and multi talented in so many different ways. His writings are intelligent, very well-written and thought out while managing and surviving years of stressful situation.

Danny is one of many who were wronguflly conserved.

I pray those who harmed him and his young daugters, again and again, under color of law will not get away with another case, I pray they will be forced to answer to higher authorities and take full responsibility and suffer the consequences for their actions and inactions.

Danny must be made whole, full restitution.
