The Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network is delighted to announce that Archbishop Charles Chaput, Archbishop of the Diocese of Philadelphia, will celebrate "The National Memorial Mass for Terri's Day."The International Day of Prayer and Remembrance for Terri Schindler Schiavo, and All of Our Vulnerable Brothers and Sisters ("Terri's Day") was established in 2007 and is observed each year on or around March 31st, the date of Terri's death.
The purpose of this day is to foster education, prayer, and activism regarding discrimination against the cognitively disabled, and advocacy for people in situations similar to what Terri and her family faced.

Americans were not aware of how evil "guardianship" could become until Terri's case.
We must never forget!
I agree StandUp, we must never forget. Terri Schiavo was a severely disabled person, but she did not have a terminal illness. She was executed in plain site.
We must never forget.
What a beautiful picture of Terri. I mourn her death every year. It was so wrong.
At the same time, I think about what all the Schindler's have accomplished and the good work this family has done since their horrible loss.
And I pray Gary Harvey will be in Bobby Schindler's safe hands very soon.
