"THE GREAT GUARDIANSHIP ABUSE SCAM"

LOCATE the alleged incapacited person.
INITIATE emergency guardianship
petition.
LITIGATE to assure full guardianship.
PROBATE court orders guardianship.
MEDICATE the ward.
ISOLATE the ward.
LIQUIDATE the assests of ward.
TERMINATE the ward or guardianship
once the money runs out!

Very infofmative Danilelie. It's so refreshing to have advocates like yourself fighting for the rights of those who can't. I pray we can make huge progress in fighting this heinous issue of guardingship/elder abuse soon. These outragous laws, or lack of them, is allowing the destruction of human lives. It is so diabolical in nature and seemingly impossible to fight back. It's time for everyone to come together and slay this putrid dragon before it turns into the genocide of this era!

Thanks for all of the kind words everyone! I am just spreading the word, like every one of you are (most of you spreading it much further and wider than I as well). I wanted to say a couple things: 1. I am extremely grateful to NASGA and ESPECIALLY Elaine Renoire (more than she could ever know) for her kindness, informative phone chats, constant encouragement, and seemingly unending amount of time she was and has remained willing to commit to much of my initial and continued understanding of this issue. Elaine is someone to admire and be grateful for each day! Also, another huge influence to me: Ramsey Bahrawy, Esquire (the host of the show). He too has provided me with endless encouragement and the knowledge necessary to try each day to be a more informed and effective advocate than I was the day before. Not only that, but he also extended to me the honor of an invitation to appear on his program, thus providing me with this wonderful platform to speak on the issue of guardianship to begin with. I cannot thank either of you enough for your friendship and guidance!
If you are interested in hearing a ratio show I was recently interviewed for, in which I was able to touch even harder on guardianship programs and the issues of corruption and abusse occurring within them, please check out my interview on Jacqueline Crosby, Esquire's radio programs legalocity . She is another individual fighting hard to help educate the public and raise awareness on a variety of legal matters. I also encourage you to regularly peruse the former and new uploads that both Jacqueline and Ramsey post to their sites. Invaluable information out there, folks!
