Lawsuit: Judge Forced Teen Girl to Live With Convicted Rapist

A Texas judge is facing accusations that he put a 15-year-old girl in harm’s way by forcing her to live with a rapist. The girl told Judge Terry Flenniken that she was abused by a convicted sex offender, who was also the boyfriend of her legal guardian.

Greg Terra, president of the Texas Center for Defense of Life, told Megyn Kelly the organization first became involved with the case because the girl sought their help after the couple tried to coerce her into getting an abortion.

When they discovered the teen was living with a registered sex offender, they filed a lawsuit to have her removed from the house. The judge ruled that he found no evidence she was being forced to have an abortion, or that it was in her best interest to be removed.

And then there is Judge Glenn Croshaw of Virginia Beach, who fined and threatened to imprison a mom who reported an ADMITTED child abuser to his military superiors.

Judge Croshaw worried that the mom's actions might jeopardize the ADMITTED child abuser's military career.

I am shocked. I know judges make bad decisions sometimes because they are misled or don't see all the evidence or just make a bad judgment call, but to force the girl to live with her rapist reminds me of the Harvey case. In that case, the guardian attempted to starve and dehydrate Gary Harvey to death. And that effort was unsuccessful. But, what's even more scary about that case is the judge left that same guardian in charge of Gary Harvey.

It makes no sense.

What? Insanity in real time? This so called judge needs to be off the bench during investigation and what other insane decisions are hidden in the case files?

It could be sheer incompetence or corruption.
There doesn't appear to be any other answer.

Incompetence or corruption?
How about both?
