Documentary: America's Secret Wealth Exchanges

This documentary is the story of a woman who lost her husband then was plunged into the ugly world of greed, corruption, and legal abuse via unnecessary and predatory litigation. The widow was intentionally kept from mitigating damages to the Estate due to the insider activities between lawyers, and an asset management company. The widow was denied economic and civil rights and half of the assets of the estate were drained from her husband's estate. This is known as a public, private, partnership scheme. The short film exposes the billions of dollars that are wasted each year and reveals what has been referred to as "The Dead Man's Scam" and "The Tomb Raider's Club" and involves attorneys, banks, and YOUR property! Legal fees for probate, divorce, and frivolous litigation add up to $315.5 billion per year.

There are cameos by Professor and Rabbi, Kris McDaniel-Miccio, Athena Roe, Shaun T. Lally, Rosemary Lytle, President of the NAACP, Maureen Grier, Carolyn Cathey, and video clips courtesy of Rod Fisher and Haimo Law. Many people falsely believe that having a Will protects your home and assets. Anyone can die suddenly and this is not an age related topic. While people do not want to think about death, everyone will die. The probate system is predatory and survives largely because we as a society have silly beliefs about death and estate planning. Amy Weinhouse, Howard Hughes, Sonny Bono are well-known figures who died without Wills.

Today, America's legal system is commonly used as an abusive bludgeon that forces millions of families to ask for government assistance. This timely documentary unravels the little known facts and statistics to viewers and will shock most. The short documentary reveals the often ignored topic of Estate administration and explains why America must wake up and start "watch dogging" the legal system before there is even more dire consequences to America's families and future.

Thank you for this film and for making the point that if you go to probate, you've entered a den of thieves.

That will be a Documentary well worth watching and goes to the very heart of the problem, a Sociopath Controlled and Corrupted System that is Geared Up to Financially Rape American and dare I say Financially Rape the World ... !!!

No matter where you go, it would appears that it is the very same type of people, working a system that geared up and drive by Fees and Profit, no matter what the Human Cost and that is what I call Capitalism Gone Insane and its Moral Bankruptcy ..!

Good start on exposing the corrupt probate system, but it extends beyond estates of deceased. I was economically raped through guardianship abuse.

can anybody explain the reason(s) why no attorney seems to be interested in helping victims of conservators, when it's very clear that much money can be made by doing so?

Like so many stories, this is another terrible example of the legal abuse going on in the probate and circuit courts of ths country, without years of litigation under abuse and
intentional fraud, in an attempt to protect an individuals Rights.
Thanks to the author of this particular story, who has thexcourage to expose a corrupt system of government.eb

Thank you Ms. Roe for helping unveil the injustices and atrocities occurring to the most vulnerable of our citizens. This crime destroys many lives....all for financial gain. Only for financial gain. With all the "support" needed to maintain this particular crime spree, many levels of the system have either turned their back or have actively assisted in supporting this unbelievably inhumane way of treating others.

I agree with the majority of the topics in this video.

However, we have a difference of opinion on 2 issues.

#1) the need for help ie fiduciary

#2) contesting wills and trusts. There are situations that demand scrutiny to get to the truth.

As I was interviewing a probate lawyer, he suggested doing a 'court approved sale,' then described how it would be advertised out of state. It didn't make sense, but I asked him if this wasn't something we could decide later. He said 'yes,' but he had documents for me to sign (that he didn't want me to read first) that had a court approved sale as a limit to probate. I later learned that most such sales are a cash auction and only one person bids on the house (after all it was advertised out or state, so only the insider knows about it) and that person usually gets the house for way under market value. In bank foreclosures, the banks get made whole (by the taxpayers)through an agreement with congress, but the heirs of guardianship houses just lose. In every case of a court approved sale I came across, the house sold for way under market value. In every instance in which there was a market offer, it was shut out or turned down and the house sold in the court approved sale for much less--as much as $250,000 less! What a racket.
