Attorney Skips Out

Martin “Kirby” Watson was in deep trouble to begin with. The disbarred attorney faces prison if convicted of bilking clients out of $500,000.

But authorities say he made a mistake that no one who went to law school should ever make: He skipped out on his own criminal trial.

Instead of picking a jury, Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge Christine Hellinger revoked Martin’s $70,000 bond and issued a warrant for his arrest.

If Kirby is found, he should be tested for drugs.

And it's going to get worse!

Bar Association referrals cannot be counted on.

The problem with lawyers is - too many lawyers - and they should not be allowed to police themselves!

It's going to get worse as lawyers are being layed off from mega buck law firms.

When they ket Kirby, I hope they throw him in a cage. How many others like him are out there representing clients who don't have a clue; they will be thrown to the dogs.

Kirby's smart -- it's either make a run for it or settle in to the big house beyond his very own old age.

I hope they hunt him down and lock him up.

Martin Kirby Watson is....GUILTY

Hunt him down and drag him back to town by his ankles tied behind an old pick up truck.

Whatever is left of the bagged perp can be laid to rest at the local garbage dump site.

Low cost justice.

Seize all of his assets and
property for distribution to the victims.
