Oh, I believe it without photos, we lived it 11 years ago. The pain and anger is a perpetual fire within us.
Until the good people of the USA demand change, this abuse will conntinue while the lawyers, the guardians get rich using the life savings of their wards, your loved ones.

The guy should be in jail for allowing what he did, and taking so much money.
