T.S. Radio: Guest Illinois Attorney Ken Ditkowsky

T.S. Radio was very pleased to have Illinois Attorney Ken Ditkowsky join host Marti Oakley and Co-Host, Linda Kincaid, to discuss the ignoring of the law and statutes in elder abuse cases.

During the disussion, Attorney Ditkowsky defines "due process" in layman's terms and explains the part due process plays (or doesn't!) in unlawful and abusive guardianships and conservatorships.

Mr. Ditkowsky uses the Mary G. Sykes case to illustrate some of the horrific problems with guardianship in Illinois.

I am Mary G. Sykes daughter, the one who, after mother directed me to 'find' Ken D. and "hire" him to help her, retained Ken to represent family and friends, who subsequently retained him on their individual behalf. I did not know about or have I the opportunity to listen to the t.S> Radio show. I am filled with gratitude for Ken's support and persistence, and that he is making the Sykes case known and exposing the court sanctioned abuses of the elderly and disabled. It is as important that the people behind the scenes strategizing, writing petitions, briefs, Habeas Corpus, appeals, et al are also thanked, and included in the resolution, because it takes a "village" as it's said, to resolve the se horrific abuses against the elderly and disabled. I have devoted my life to saving my mother's life and I will prevail only because of my attorney Richard B., my dear family Aunt Yo and Kathie, family friends Scott, Sue, Kelly, Al and JoAnne, Suzy, Aunt Jo, Paulette, et al (part of Friends and Family), as well as my dear friends Paulette, Barbara S and Barbara M, Brian, Gail, et al, as well as Brian C., and mostly because of Tim. As I am the sole litigate/front person in the Sykes case in the Courts, without Tim I could not do my job. Suffice, thank you Ken, but thank you Tim and all the people behind the scenes. It truly takes a Village in life to succeed, so while Ken may be the person in the public, let's never forget the people behind the scenes working tirelessly to bring the issues and the laws to the attention of the courts. And thank you Marti and Lucinda and Lisa and Probate Sharks for being the internet outlets and exposing the realities. I pray for all of us that soon, we prevail. Mary G. Sykes is my mother and the love of my life.

Excellent programming that should be on the airwaves not limited to Internet access only. Society needs to be warned what is in their futures unless something drastic is done to stop this carnage which in my opinion is our homegrown court approved terrorist attack on unsuspecting innocent people. Attorney Ditkowsky has been retaliated against for his courage to stand up and speak out.

Any wonder why NASGA is growing? Will your family members also be guests on TS Radio?

Ken Ditkowsky broke it down to every day language and he's 100% right that the focus is on Granny's money, not her civil rights. Well said, Ken.

Great show, Marti!!! That Ken Ditkowsky would be under threat of punishment for advocating for an abused person is outrageous.

You'll get your Mother home, Gloria. Never give up.
